CANDIDATE SEARCH
Only government by the people can save our country. Career politicians, big-money interests, self-serving union leaders, and party hacks have brought America to the edge of disaster. They must be replaced with honest, sensible citizens who are not controlled by the powers that be.
The election in 2010 is a moment of opportunity for us. The tea parties and town hall protests show that the people are ready to resist big government and special-interest politics. We can't wait for the parties to choose candidates for us. We the People must find citizens who are willing to serve and are worthy of our support.
If you know of someone who you feel is fit to represent us in the state legislature, or if you are considering becoming a candidate or working on a campaign, please contact Joe Markley at joe@joemarkley.com or John Beidler at electioncentral@cox.net .
CANDIDATE SCHOOL
If you are interested in becoming a candidate, you will have the opportunity to attend a day-long Candidate School workshop, led by experts in the field. Topics include: Communicating With Voters, Connecticut's Budget - Where the Money Comes From/Where the Money Goes, and Working With the GOP. The cost is $15 per person. For more information, please contact Joe Markley at joe@joemarkley.com or John Beidler at electioncentral@cox.net.
